Are you a parent/caregiver interested in learning more about U-SOAR or other SOAR-related projects in the community.

The goal of SOAR is to foster socioemotional adjustment and resilience in young persons in the greater Oswego, New York area. It is a university-community partnership between the State University of New York at Oswego and school districts around Oswego County.
